Soon Mining Limited (ASX: SMG) is a gold mining company in Australia founded in January 2015 and was officially listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 21st March 2016. Soon Mining Company Limited (SMC) was merged by SMG on March 2016, its principal operation located in the Eastern Region of Ghana with our project being the Kwahu Praso Gold Concession which is in the world class gold bearing veins within the Ashanti gold belt. Soon Mining owns 100% of the project. Gold production is expected to commence in 2017. SMC has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with the adjacent mine site and embarked on planning for Australian gold mining cooperation to expend the business of gold production. SMC has developed in Ghana for many years, mainly focusing on natural resource exploration, including the gold mining and crude oil. It has deeply participated from the crude oil exploration stage, thus possesses quite crude oil resources. The Company engages in the gold mining activity and gold mine exploration and mining in Ghana, with years of professional experience and crude oil exploration related experience, and close relationship with local government and oil field company.

Queenee Investments Management Limited is principally engaged in crude oil trade, with good relationship with the oil field owner in oil producing countries of West Africa as Ghana and Nigeria, and thus possesses abundant crude oil resources (light sweet crude oil of Ghana and Bonny light crude oil of Nigeria), natural gas and other mining resources, also got authorization of crude oil by Ghana government.
